Manipur bars circulation of videos & photos of violence

The government of Manipur has warned that strict action will be taken against those responsible for sharing online videos and material depicting ethnic violence in the state. The order comes after videos of violent incidents, including a man being set on fire and two men being shot and buried, went viral despite a mobile internet ban.
