A visually impaired student has been admitted to the Indian Institute of Information Technology in Lucknow. Bhuvika Agrawal, a 19-year-old BTech student from Mumbai, overcame her disability to excel in coding and secure a place at one of the country's top engineering institutes. With a 100% blindness, Bhuvika used technology and her own hard work to crack the JEE (Mains) exam. She visualized diagrams and solved problems by dictating her answers to a scribe. The IIIT-L director commended her determination to study like a normal student without additional support.
