Bihar hooch tragedy kingpin held in Saran as toll rises to 37

Bihar Police arrested Mantu Singh, the kingpin behind the October 16 hooch tragedy claiming 37 lives. Mantu stored methyl alcohol at his brick kiln in Siwan and distributed it locally, leading to the deaths and illness. Three other suspects surrendered in court, strengthening the case against the illegal liquor network.
