Trudeau govt in turmoil as Jagmeet Singh's NDP withdraws support

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's minority Liberal government has lost the support of the New Democratic Party (NDP), led by Jagmeet Singh. While this withdrawal does not force early elections, Trudeau must now seek backing from other opposition legislators to pass budgets and survive confidence votes in the House of Commons.
