Three tribal men killed as violence erupts in Manipur after two weeks

Suspected militants tortured and killed three Kuki villagers early on Friday in Naga-dominated Ukhrul, shattering a two-week lull in Manipur since the last burst of bloodshed on August 5 and carrying the violent animosity of the ethnic strife raging for 100-odd days to a district so far untouched by it.
